PML-N plans out Sharifs return
Staff Report

ISLAMABAD—PML-N central leader Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan has said announcement for arrival flight of Nawaz Sharif and Shahbaz Sharif will be made on September, 8 evening.
He said this while addressing a press conference here in PML-N central secretariat Tuesday along with party information secretary Ahsan Iqbal. Chaudhry Nisar told two flights of PIA and British Air ways would come to Pakistan in the early hours of September 10. “ There is no possibility of Nawaz Sharif return to Pakistan by these flights as we can not take risk of PIA”, he told. A group of 100 persons including media men has to accompany Nawaz Sharif. Civil Aviation Authority was contacted for chartering plane but booking has been made on other flights due to pretexts and excuses offered by the authority.
Chaudhry Nisar alleged over 300 soldiers were missing since the last five days despite the fact they were armed and were patrolling in the form convoy. They could fight with the help of weapons for several days but they have disappeared. What a joke is it with nation, he questioned.
He alleged Director General ISI has gone to London for striking deal to save the rule and uniform of general Musharraf rather than taking measures to search out these soldiers. Pakistan army is a professional army and it has a say across the world. But some generals are maligning the army for their personal gains, he added.
The whole Pakistan knows about the “gallantry” of Sheikh Rashid and marks of his tears are still imprinted on the car of Shahbaz Sharif he had shed on non allocation of ministry to him for the firs time, he underlined.
Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif will leave for Islamabad from Manchester instead of London, sources said on Tuesday. He will arrive here at Islamabad Airport at about 11:30 am instead of 11:00 am.
Sources said that the Sharif brothers would travel via Air Blue Flight, which would arrive in Islamabad from Manchester at 11:30 am. It is pertinent to note that the owner of the Air Blue Flight, Shahid Khaqan Abbasi is one of most important PML-N leaders, and a close aide of Mian Nawaz Sharif. PML-N Sources said that Mian Nawaz Sharif and Mian Shahbaz Sharif are formulating the strategy regarding their return to home on daily basis.
Ruling out any compromise with President Pervez Musharraf, exiled former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has vowed to oust the military dictator from power in the next six weeks. “His tenure ends on October 15 and he (Musharraf) has no constitutional right to remain. I hope to force him to step down by October 15,” ‘The Times’ reported here today, quoting Sharif — who prepares to return to his home country from “forced” exile next week — as saying.
The deposed Premier, who was ousted in a military coup in 1999, said that after returning to the country on Sept 10, he would lead his Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz in a campaign to force Musharraf to quit as President by October 15 as well as blocking the dictator’s attempt to seek re-election. Subsequently, he said, the chief of the Senate would take over as the Acting President and hold elections for a new Parliament, which would then vote in for a new President for a five-year term. Sharif has a second plan too. If he’s arrested on arrival as “threatened” by Pakistani government, the former Prime Minister said that his party would hold “big, massive rallies” to force the military ruler to back down.
