14 killed in road mishap

KHAIRPUR—At least fourteen pilgrims were killed while fifty others injured in a motorway accident when a bus going to to Sehvan from Lahore turned turtle. The victims were going to attend a religious ceremony at Sehvan Sharif. According to details, a coach no GAO-1963 when reached Rasool Abad overturned owing to technical fault due to which Falak Sher, Shahnaz, Ghulam Hassan, Nasir, Chand, Jan Muhammad, Ghulam Abbas, Mahlik Khan, Nawaz and Muhammad Ramzan died on the spot. The injured in the accident included Abdul Hafeez, Muhammad Aslam, Ms Sajan, Mareed Hussain, Noor Muhammad, Abdul Hameed, Anwar, Anwar, Amir Hussain, Baba, Anwar-ul-Hassan, Abdul Ghaffar, Khalid, Rasheed, Mushtaq, Niaz Ali, Muhammad Tufail, BB Sheeran, Syed Ronaq Ali, Arshad, Khushi Muhammad, Zeeshan, Muhammad Yousaf, Ghulam Qasim, Allah Dita, Charagh, Naveed and Shaukat Ali. They were rushed to local hospital for medical treatment. Out of 53 injured, fifteen injured are reported to be in critical condition.—APP
