Jamil Bugti challenges his name on ECL

QUETTA—Jamil Akbar Bugti, son of late Nawab Akbar Bugti has filed a constitutional petition in Balochistan High Court (BHC) challenging inclusion of his name in Exit Control List (ECL). The petitioner contended that he wanted to go abroad for medical treatment. He prayed to the court to order the officials concerned to exclude his name from the ECL.—Agencies
