ISLAMABAD—Pakistan on Tuesday said it will fence and mine portions of the 2400 kilometre long porous Pak-Afghan border to prevent any cross-border movement, Foreign Office said. Pipeline rupture kills hundreds in Nigeria

LAGOS—Hundreds of people were burned alive on Tuesday when fuel from a vandalized pipeline exploded in Nigeria’s largest city, Lagos, emergency workers said.
