City Govt approves commercialization of residential places

ISLAMABAD—The City district government has approved commercialization of residential places and approved all applications submitted by citizens to convert residential areas into commercial centers.
The citizens could construct commercial centers and plazas at residential places, said City District Nazim Raja Javed Ikhlas here. He said that the charge of commercialization and sanitation system has been transferred to local government, therefore, Rawal Town Administration is not liable to take fees in this regard, he added.
He directed citizens to submit their applications pertaining to commercialization with EDO Municipal Administration so that timely action would taken. He lauded the progress of new institution working on fast track by putting everything up immediately.—Online
