Hafiz Hussain yet to receive show cause

ISLAMABAD—The senior leader of JUI Hafiz Hussain Ahmad could not received showcause notice after 12 days of showing difference of opinion with the party’s stand on resignation issue.
Hafiz Hussain had avoided responding to questions on the matter. According to JUI sources, Hafiz Hussain Ahmad would not attend the protest demonstration in Islamabad today (Friday), being organized by Jaamat-i-Islami. The party’s senior vice president Maulana Ameer Hussain Gilani and other senior party leaders have advised him to stay away from the gatherings in presence of the central leadership of the party and avoid media statements on resignations issue, JUI sources said. The sources added that Hafiz Hussain made it clear to the party leadership that if he received a show cause notice he would not only reply it but also make it public. Hafiz Hussain Ahmed didn’t change his stance on resignations from the parliament.
