Chinese military delegation meets Lt Gen Athar Ali

RAWALPINDI—A-24 member Chinese military delegation headed by Major General Wang Xinli along with student officers from National Defence University on Tuesday visited the joint staff headquarters and met Lieutenant General Syed Athar Ali, Directorate General Joint Staff.
The delegation comprised of three armed services of China. At the Joint Headquarters, the delegation was briefed about the organization, training methods and other professional educational institutions of the military besides meeting its senior leadership.
China and Pakistan not only share common views on all matters of mutual, but also long lasting people to people ties in all fields of cooperation. Later the Chinese military delegation visited National Defence College Islamabad and met Commandant NDC Lieutenant General Raza Muhammad Khan.
The delegation took round of different departments of the NDC and appreciated the standard of education being imparted by the college.
