SSP traffic for increased public-police cooperation

ISLAMABAD—SSP Traffic Police Sultan Azam Taimuri Monday underscored increased cooperation between police and public for promotion of community policing.
He was addressing the 15th passing out batch of trainees of Traffic Police Driving Training School here. The SSP said traffic police is taking various measures to promotecooperation and the setting up of the driving center is a step in this direction.
He urged the citizens to strictly follow traffic rules aftercompleting their training from the school and make them example for others. Certificates were sistributed among those who passed the course. As per details, the Traffic Police Driving Training School has so far trained 953 citizens including 174 females about traffic laws, arranging separate lady instructors for females.
