Jadoon invites polish investment in exploration, services sectors

ISLAMABAD—Chairman of Polish Rigs International Company based in Dubai, Chris Czetwertynski called on Minister for Petroleum andNatural Resources, Amanullah Khan Jadoon here and discussed with him investment potential in the oil and gas sector.
Welcoming the Polish investor, the Minister said the government hasgeared up the oil and gas exploration activities in the onshore and offshore areas aimed at exploiting the indigenous hydrocarbon resources for meeting the growing energy demand of the country.
The Minister said there existed a vast scope for the perspectiveinvestors in oil and gas exploration activities and services sector.
He invited the Polish investment in the oil & gas developmentprojectsparticularly providing of rigs to boost the exploration activities in the country.
Chris Czetwertynski on the occasion briefed the Minister about hiscompany’s worldwide activities in the exploration sector. He informed M/s Rigs International was involved in rigs, pipeline machinery, manufacturing services sectors.
He expressed the desire of his company to invest in the oil & gas development activities for the mutual advantage. Director General (Petroleum Concession) Muhammad Naeem Malik andManaging Director, Union Group of Companies, Zulfiqar Ali were also present during the meeting
