Lack of parking areas vexing citizens

RAWALPINDI—Citizens are facing immense difficulties due to lack of car parking in the busiest bazaars of the city.
Fork lifters lift vehicles as well as motorcycles from the front of shopping centres that add to the miseries of the citizens. Expressing their concern, the citizens were of the view that the traders have occupied the parking areas by their goods and the fork lifters do not waste any opportunity to lift the vehicles if any citizen park his vehicle mistakenly. They said it seems that the fork lifters lift their vehicles with the collusion of traders. The citizens have demanded of the Rawalpindi Development Authority to arrange parking areas along with the busiest bazaar and get them rid of the problem.—Online
