Former
secretary occupies house illegally
ISLAMABAD—A former Chief secretary of Balochistan has forcibly occupied
a house in 1-8/2 while living there as a tenant along with his family.
The house lady owner was severely tortured and hurt when she demanded
the family’s to vacate the house. The 1-9 police circles simply
vanquished the applications of the lady owner filed in connection with
the case instead of helping her, and the lady had to resort to court to
file her complaint, which has summoned the police reports on 08th
December.
The former chief secretary Balochistan Syed Shahid Hussain hired the
upper portion and consented legally in the deal that only four persons
would reside in the portion.
But with the passage of time the portion was gradually filled by ten
persons of four different families, and they all started creating
nuisance for the lady owner. She demanded an immediate vacation of her
premises, due to which the tenant, Shahid Hussain assaulted her injuring
her deeply, and she had to be admitted to PIMS hospital.
The lady owner also contacted SSP, Islamabad, Sikandar Hayat and
Additional SP Moeen Masood who deliberately neglected her legal
requests, while the tenant chief secretary started issuing her with dire
threats of evicting her out of her own property!
The lady owner has informed that most of the high-ranking police and FIA
officials are also backing the secretary since they are his close
associates.—Agencies |
