secretary-general Maulana Fazlur Rahman has said that a meeting of
Jamiat-e-Ulema Islam would be held on December 4 to consider resignation
from the parliament against the Women Protection Bill (WPB).

the dictatorship and harm democracy. Maulana Fazl said this talking to
Dera Press Club reporters at Circuit House here on Saturday. Chief
Minister NWFP, Akram Khan Durrani was also present on the occasion.
He said the decision of the central council of JUI (F) would be
presented before MMA parliamentary party.

country to secularism and President Musharraf was violating the
constitution of Pakistan by supporting America and western countries. He

moderate and religious people and we accept it as a challenge. “We will
not let the 140 million people of Pakistan to become secular,” he added.

country has confidence in the CII. He said the MMA does not accept any
decision or verdict of such council. He demanded appointed of the ulema
