I-10 inhabitants without water

ISLAMABAD—People living in Sector-1/10 and its surrounding areas are facing enormous problem due to water shortage but the Capital Development Authority (CDA) has failed to resolve the problem.
People of the area complained that water runs in supply taps only for about an hour and a half once in two days in the sector. They were of the view that personnel working in water department of CDA are providing tanker of water by taking bribe.
The water shortage severely affected the daily routine activities of inhabitants and it is important to point out that those worked in offices and students left without washing mouth and brush the teeth.
A resident of Sector I-10 Badar Shukri said that water shortage was a chronic problem of the area. “I am fed up with listening to CDA’s excuses. They want to dress up their incompetence in non-related issues,” he said.—Agencies
