Call to shift Dr Qadeer to hospital

RAWALPINDI—Nuclear Scientist Dr Qadeer Khan’s Lawyer and former Vice President of Supreme Court Bar Association Muhammad Akram Chaudhry has demanded from the government to immediately shift National Hero Dr Qadeer Khan to Agha Khan hospital for immediate medical treatment in view of his deteriorating health condition.
While talking to host of journalists on Wednesday, Muhammad Akram Chaudhry said that Nuclear Scientist is not in good health condition terming the false rumours as baseless that he (Dr Qadeer) is in good health. He was of the view that Dr Qadeer is our national hero and his deteriorating condition should be a matter of great concern for the government. He said that permission must be given to him to stay at her sister’s house and a Medical Board consisting of doctors must be constituted with the consent of him (Qadeer). He said that he is not in good physical shape as there is still swelling on his body while is continuously complaining of urine problem.—Agencies
