Kuwait bans visas for Pakistanis

KUWAIT—Kuwait government has imposed ban on issuance of visas of all kinds to five countries including Pakistan till further orders in the wake of deteriorating regional situation.
A report published in an Kuwaiti newspaper reflects Kuwait general immigration department of interior ministry has said visit visa will be issued for only one month to whom facility for family and visit visa was available for three months at Kuwait international air port.
The report added that ban has been imposed on issue of work permit visas to the citizens of five countries till further orders. The five countries are Pakistan, Iran , Lebanon, Syria and Iraq. The restriction will remain in place unless regional situation returns to normalcy.
