Names of 25 members of Trade Development Authority notified

ISLAMABAD—The federal government has announced names of 25 members of Board of newly formed Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) with Federal Minister of Commerce as its Chairman.
According to a notification issued here on Thursday Chief Executive of the Authority will be the Vice Chairman of TDAP.
The TADP Board will comprise of 25 members including 15 from official side while 10 from private sector.
From government side the Secretaries of Ministries of Commerce, Finance, Industries Production and Special Initiatives, Textile Industry, Food and Agriculture and Livestock, Chairman CBR, Secretary BOI, Deputy Governor of State Bank of Pakistan, Chief Secretaries to the Governments of Punjab, Sindh,NWFP, Balochistan and AJK, Presidents FPCCI and Overseas Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
While the ten Members from the private sector included Musharaf Hai, Faisal Iftikhar, Noman Wazir, Sohail Wajahat Siddiqui, Qasim Rabbani, Salman Taseer, Farrukh Sheikh, Osman Khalid, Tariq Rafi and Iqbal Ibrahim.
The Board will establish short, medium and long term critical success factors and key performance indicators for the Authority.
