ISLAMABAD—Mutahida Majlis-e-Amal (MMA) has opposed the Women Protection Bill (WPB) presented in the National Assembly Wednesday and feared that the presented bill is an attempt to make Pakistan, a Free Sex Zone.
Opposition leader in the National Assembly, Maulana Fazal-ur-Rehman has said that the draft of the bill presented in the assembly is not the bill which was passed by Select Committee or Ulema Committee.
Maulana Fazal-ur-Rehman said that it was decided that zina (adultery) would fall in Tazir and zina-bil-jabar (rape) would fall in Hud but in this bill no such things are mentioned.
