Tableeghi Ijtema concludes

LAHORE—The annual Tableeghi Ijtema concluded after the final prayer led by elderly cleric Maulana Zubairul Hassan at Raiwind on Sunday.
Around two million faithful participated in the world’s biggest Muslim religious congregation after Haj. Ulema and speakers including Haji Abdul Wahab, Maulvi Jamshed, Maulana Ibrahim, Abdur Rasheed Swati, Maulana Muhammad Ahmed Lar, Maulana Muhammad Ismail, Maulana Tariq Jamil and others addressed its various sittings during the congregation.
Addressing the gathering , they said Tableeghi Ijtema is small as compared to that one to be staged on the Day of Judgement for which every Muslim must prepare him/herself.
Therefore, Ummah should follow Allah’s commandments and the teachings of the Holy Prophet Hazarat Muhammad (PBUH) so that they could seek His blessings and forgiveness, they added.
