‘China willing to further cooperation with Congo’

Beijing(China)—Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao Friday said China is willing to further develop cooperation with the Republic of Congo in areas of economy and technology.
The economies of the two countries are complementary, which have great potential of cooperation, said Wen while meeting with President Denis Sassou-Nguesso of the Republic of Congo. Bilateral relations, established 42 years ago, are developing smoothly, which has been the outcome of bilateral cooperation based on equality and sincerity, Wen added. Wen hoped Sassou-Nguesso, who has been elected African Union ( AU) chairman for the 2006 session, make new contributions to the China-Africa friendship and cooperation.
