EC reinstates 10 legislators

ISLAMABAD—Election Commission has restored the membership of 10 parliamentarians including one member of National Assembly and eight members of four provincial assemblies following the submission of declaration of assets and liabilities to Chief Election Commission here on Tuesday.
The membership of MNA Qazi Hamid-ul-Allah, MPA Dr Nazir Ahmad Dogar of Punjab Assembly, MPA Malik Javed Kamran from Punjab Assembly, Syed Manzoor Hussain Shah MPA of Sindh Assembly, Maulana Mujahid Kahn, Khalil Abbas Khan, Maulana Dildad Khan Farid Khan, and Haider Khan from NWFP assembly and Zubaida Khatoon on reserved seats of women of NWFP assembly and Haider Ali Jamali from Balochistan assembly have been restored after submission of declaration of assets and liabilities, a statement issued from the EC said.
