Eid-ul-Fitr moon likely to be sighted on 23rd

ISLAMABAD—The Eid-ul-Fitr moon is likely to be sighted on October 23, Pakistan’s space research organization SUPARCO said Saturday.
There are lesser chances of sighting the moon of Shawal in eastern parts of the country on October 23, SUPARCO officials said. The new moon however can be sighted in western parts of Pakistan including Jeevani, Gwadar, Karachi, Thatta, Badin, Hyderabad, Qalat and Khuzdar etc. —Online
