purpose of dacoity.
Meanwhile, the Motorway Police officers heard the firing and rushed to
the site. On seeing the Motorway Police dacoits opened fire on officers
and in response, the Motorway Police officers also opened fire on
dacoits due to which dacoits fled away by taking advantage of the
darkness of nigh and firing.
However, the dacoity attempt was foiled by the Motorway Police officers,
by prompt action.
In another incident, the officers of NH & MP tried to stop a corolla car
bearing No AC-3489 for continuous Lane violation, but the driver instead
of stopping sped away.
However, the Motorway Police officers succeeded in stopping the car by
commando action. Four persons were traveling in the car named Bashir
Ahmad, Muhammad Sharif, Ejaz Ahmad and Hussain Bux.
On initial investigation, it revealed to the Motorway Police officers
that the said persons were involved in different crimes and were wanted
to Sindh police.
