TEN~SPORTS on top among Top Ten Sports TV channels

The Pakistani youth is very crazy about modern sports and games. Although hockey is our national sports but cricket is the most favorite among all the others. The media channels have been playing an important role to promote this healthy and sports culture among the youth .This was disclosed by the Media Art and Sports communication [MASCOM] in a national survey held last month .According to details provided by MASCOM an independent survey to determine art, culture and sports lovers opinion . more than 53% viewers like to watch different sports channels, 27% readers like to read daily sports pages, 13% listeners like to listen Radio sports programmes and remaining 07% like to use sports Magazine and websites.

Ten Sports TV channel is top of the list among the other top ten TV channels according to the survey conducted by MASCOM

The ranking of this survey is based on data collected by media professionals from different Urban and Rural areas of Pakistan. More than 5000 sports lovers approached through this research based independent survey by a team of twelve members headed by Mr.Asghar Ali Mubarak founder President South Asian Sports Journalists Association [SASJA] and MASCOM along with students of Mass Communication Department from various universities.
