Pakistan to act if India shares evidence in Mumbai blasts: Azim
Staff Report

ISLAMABAD—Minister of State for Information Tariq Azim has said that Pakistan will take action if India provides evidence connected to Mumbai blasts.
Talking to BBC he said, it will depend very much on what proof Indiaprovided.
"We will certainly investigate but so far our experience has been that lot of rhetoric comes from India, lot of baseless accusation, but, if it comes in form of evidence."
President Musharraf and Prime Minister Manmohan Singh agreed in Havana just two weeks ago to set up a joint mechanism to fight terrorism. This is the positive way to combat and to discourage terrorism.
"I believe that Foreign Secretaries of Pakistan and India will takethis up when they meet some time in November." To a question he said, "I think the only way to resolve these things is to talk and not making the mere accusations across media. I think when they meet, they will discuss these things. And if there is any evidence, if there is any proof that India can give us, we will certainly investigate."
