Cabinet to meet on 4th

ISLAMABAD—Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz has convened the meeting of the federal cabinet here at the Prime Minister's secretariat on October 4 (Wednesday), sources said.
The sources said that investigative report pertaining to recent power breakdown in the country would be presented in the meeting. The meeting would discuss President Musharraf's four-nation visit and progress on the amendment bill of Hudood Ordinance.
The sources said that important decisions would be taken regarding the law and order and bringing stability in the prices of edibles during Ramazan.
Chairman Wapda Tariq Hameed and federal minister for Water and Power Liaqat Ali Jatoi would apprise the meeting about the cause of the recent power breakdown and present a report in this regard. —Agencies
