NA body to review not issuing of NOC to housing scheme on Monday
By Asim Hussain

IISLAMABAD—National Assembly Standing Committee on Planning and Development on Saturday took strict notice over not issuing of Non Objection Certificate (NOC) to Senate Employees Corporative Housing Scheme by Capital Development Authority (CDA) despite the lapse of more than one year.
The committee also summoned Chairman CDA Kamran Lashari along with Administration of housing scheme in Parliament House on Monday for justification in this regard. The committee meeting would be held under the chairmanship of Sardar Bahadur Khan to review the said matter.
During the meeting, the committee would also review the repeated change of feasibility study of IJ principal road due to which construction work is delaying.
It is merit mentioning that the Senate Employees Corporative Housing Scheme was launched one year ago and several Federal Ministers and parliamentarians remain member of housing scheme but sill NOC could not be given to this society.
