Indian coach hints no change as Pakistan calls for old guns

ESHAWAR—Indian coach Lal Chand Rajput has hinted no change in the last line up for the match here at Arbab Niaz Cricket Stadium as Pakistan called up old guns to tie-the-knotafter losing the first Four-Day with a convincing margin at Rawalpindi.
"I don't think so there would be any change in the previous line-up because it had given their best," Chand said during team's net-practice. The pitch is not different from Rawalpindi because there is no grass on it. It would certainly help the batsmen and may it turn or support the medium pace on the third and fourth days", Chand said. Boys have much potential to turn around, he opined and lauded the Pakistani new side resistance in Pindi. "We are also expecting more tough resistance from over rivals and one can see the talent very clearly," Chand added.
Indian manager G. J. J Raja, who is hailing from Oshaka Patna,South India, appreciated the arrangements made by Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).
"It is my second tour to Peshawar", he said adding, "I visited here in way back 1989-90 when star batsman Sachin Tendulkar came here with the side for the first time in the age of 16."
He said his side compared to Pakistan and the boys would show more potential in the tour. He said the team skipper Piyush Chawla made an immediate impact despite making his first-class debut as a 17-year-old, and in Junior World Cup the leg-spinning all-rounder lived up to his reputation by finishing as India's leading wicket taker.
Piyush already has wonderful control of his variations and is certainly not afraid to give the ball some air. No slouch with the bat, either, and there is a formidable all-rounder in the making.
His U-19 performances were rewarded with a call-up into thefull squad to play England. Certainly, if he finds little turn in the wicket he would be the difference between the two teams.
Pakistani coach Mansoor Rana said they would put three medium pacers with two spinners in the side. World Cupper all-rounder Riaz Kail and Swabi born left-arm pacer Junaid Khan will be in the side, he said.
He said, with the induction of Moinuddin and wicket-keeper batsman Jehanzaib the batting line up would become stronger. "But it does not suite me the way changes have been made as I believe in preparation much before the event take place," Mansoor added.
He said there would be lots of difference between the teams because if one is training with the team from the last two years and the other just got the side a week earlie there should be all think on proper planning, Mansoor said.
