No stepping back on support to Kashmiris: PM

LONDON—Pakistan has a firm and principled stance over Kashmir issue and would never back out from it, said Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz here on Sunday.
Talking to a representative delegation of Kashmiris, Prime Minister said that Pakistan would continue its moral and political support to the Kashmiris in their struggle for right to self-determination.
He said that Pakistan wanted resolution of Kashmir issue in line with the wishes of Kashmiris. He called upon the Kashmiris to forge unity among ranks and files.
Shaukat Aziz said that British Kashmiri Community could play an effective role at diplomatic level. He urged the All Parties Parliamentary Group to increase their strength through lobbing and the community should put pressure on MPs to influence India for resolution of the Kashmir issue.
He urged the British Community to be in contact with the Human Rights Organizations.
The delegation hailed Pakistan’s government efforts in connection with the resolution of Kashmir issue, assuring the Prime Minister that all out efforts would be made for early resolution of Kashmir issue.—Agencies
