Mobilink ads misuses Chitral’s name
By Zulfiqar Ahamd

ISLAMABAD—Loss of scruples and weakening of moral fiber in the society can be gauged from so many daily observations. One such observation is the bill boards put up by cell phone operator Mobilink in many big towns of the country claiming that it has started Mobilink service to Chitral and Kalash Valley.
A huge bill board on Murree road in the twin city of Rawalpindi /Islamabad shows Kalash girls dancing around and Mobilink claiming its presence there also-a statement which is not only untrue but also misleading.
Ironically the board stands there since the last six months and nobody has asked the company why have they put up a false advertisement. Unfortunately there is no institution to promote/check the moral values of people in this country which results in examples like the one mentioned above.
