Cold takes hold of otherwise cozy Capital

When we get to talk of Islamabad, it can be more or less termed a very cozy Capital for it’s small and thus comfy. Though there are a million attitudes that the elite Capitaliites wear and take off each day through, but otherwise the residents of the city are very generous and accommodating as could be seen from the shelter and aid being given to the 8th October quake victims, at the place. However, now there’s an even greater challenge at hand. Mother Nature’s wrath is not done yet, it seems!
The last month of the year has come along, bringing viral infections of all kinds. Where the residents of the Capital city are shivering in front of their luxurious heaters, then the quake victims that survived the natural disaster, are suffering hard for survival on the hands of the extreme cold enwrapping the city from all corners. And things have become struggling again.
The need is probably for us to offer prayers and apologize to Almighty Allah for our sins at large so that Mother Nature might find mercy on the land inhibitors, i.e. us. On the other hand, the need is to provide quilts, blankets and heaters to the quake affectees so that they have better chances of survival. And let’s hope, on the other hand, that we survive this cough and cold too as otherwise, we might survive the disease but not the heavy bills of the docs threatening our pockets!
