By M Bilal

RAWALPINDI—The cricket teams of Pakistan and England arrived here on Friday to play the last two back-to-back One Day Internationals of the ongoing series.
Both these matches will be played at Pindi Cricket Stadium where brisk arrangements were in progress under the supervision of former Test cricketer Col. (Retd) Naushad Ali — Pakistan Cricket Board’s Regional Development Manager.
The touring English cricketers will have net practice at the stadium at 10. a.m. while the Pakistanis are scheduled to hold nets there in the afternoon on Saturday.
The first match at Pindi Cricket Stadium, the fourth of the series with Pakistan already leading 2-1, will be played on Monday and the second one on Wednesday.
The visitors are scheduled to leave for home on Thursday after completing a nearly two-month tour during which they have already lost the Test rubber 0-2 and need to win both the next two games toclinch the limited overs rubber 3-2.
Online adds: District Administration Rawalpindi has completed all arrangements to hold the deciding match of the series between Pakistan and England in a memorable manner.
The last two matches of the series will be played on December 19 and 21 respectively in Rawalpindi.
The administration is looking after the ground and beautification while optimum facilities will be provided to the players of both the countries in Pindi stadium.
Meanwhile security arrangements have been beefed up for the match in view to avoid happening of any untoward incident during the course of the game.
The spectators are requested not to bring water bottles or any other things with them that can hurt the players in the ground.
Due to PCB officials mismanagement and negligence, tickets for 4thand 5TH ODI between Pakistan and England have been short thus numerous Pindities like Karachities will not be able to watch the crucial encounter in stadium.
According to details, PCB has given the responsibility of sale of tickets to a bank, however before the starting of 3rd ODI, tickets were not available and numerous Karachities could not watch their heroes in the ground.
The same was the case seen in twin cities on Friday as tickets were not available and cricket lovers were seen wandering from one place to another to buy tickets thanks to the authorities concerned who have turned a blind eye over the issue.
