Sri Lanka, India to hold naval wargames

COLOMBO—India and Sri Lanka Wednesday concluded their first ever joint naval exercise in the Indian Ocean, the Sri Lankan navy said. Two Indian navy ships, INS Sukanya and INS Kirpan, took part in manoeuvres about 30 kilometres (18 miles) off Colombo’s coastline, Sri Lankan navy spokesman Jayantha Perera said.—Agencies
