2 arrested, illicit arms’ cache, drugs seized

ISLAMABAD—Capital Cops, in a bid to operate against anti-social elements, recovered illicit arms along 198 shells and 1kg charas from certain culprits, here this Wednesday.
According to details, PS Sihala when inspected car#FDT/4242 carrying accused Muhammad Akbar, illicit arms including a 222-bore riffle, a 223-bore riffle along 4 magazines, 181 shells and a 12-bore gun along 17 cartridges, were recovered while the accused was thus arrested red-handed. PS Sabzi Mandi on the other hand, during routine check, recovered 1kg charas from some Mirza Wahab, at around Pir Wadhai Morre while arresting the accused, respectively.
SSP Islamabad; Sikander Hyatt, while appreciating the cops for the said operations, has announced cash prizes and certificates of appreciation for officers and personnel involved related to the said apprehensions and recoveries.

3 offloaded for forged, insufficient documents
FIA Immigration Wing offloaded 3, here this Wednesday, offloaded 3 for attempting to travel on either forged or insufficient documents two of which, were sent to Passport Cell for further investigation while one was released with the instruction by the authorities, to rectify the error for further travel.
According to details, Zainab Perveen Saleem, W/O Khan Raja Saleem, resident of Jhelum, was travelling to London on flight PK-791 carrying tampered arrival/departure stamp on the passport, thus was offloaded and sent to Passport Cell. Similarly, Sultan Muhammad, S/O Muhammad Anwar, resident of Afghanistan, was headed to China on flight CZ-600 when was offloaded and sent to Passport Cell for moving on passport carrying fake photograph, where further investigation is underway.
Usman Ahmad Khan, S/O Mubarak Ahmad, resident of Pindi, on the other hand, was off to Jamurti at flight PK-211 on work visa without having paid the protector fee. He was offloaded and released after being told to satisfy the protector procedure and then travel, accordingly.
