iSSP Traffic asks citizens to abide by traffic rules
1200 confiscated pressure-horns bulldozed

ISLAMABAD—SSP Traffic Islamabad; Sultan Azam Temuri has said that in order to improve the traffic system, it was essential that the citizens abided by the traffic rules. He expressed these views while administering the bulldozing of presser-horns, confiscated from public transport vehicles, here this Tuesday.
According to details, 1200 pressure-horns confiscated off various public transport vehicles, were bulldozed off, here this Tuesday. SSP Traffic; Sultan Azam Temuri and representatives of Traffic-Citizens’ Committee, were present at the occasion. The said pressure-horns had been confiscated by the Traffic Cops, within the past 15 days. Speaking at the occasion, SSP Islamabad; Sultan Azam Temuri called for strict implementation of traffic rules for bringing improvement in the traffic system. He urged the citizens to follow traffic rules as issuing traffic tickets on road violations, was done merely for the education of the masses on traffic rules. Thus he warned of strict action against traffic violators in the future, without any discrimination whatsoever. He also directed the Traffic Cops to ensure proper implementation of traffic rules.
