Information to IAEA only through Govt channel: FO

ISLAMABAD—Pakistan has said information about any Pakistani nuclear scientist will be provided to International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) through government of Pakistan.
This was said by foreign office spokesperson Ms Tasneem Aslam while commenting on IAEA Director Mohamed El Baradei statement in which he had said that he wanted to see and talk directly with father of Pakistan nuclear program Dr A.Q. Khan. FO spokesperson said Pakistan had been extending full cooperation to IAEA with reference to nuclear non proliferation. The IAEA has also appreciated this cooperation from our side.
President General Pervez Musharraf had made it clear on several occasions that any information in respect of any nuclear scientist will be provided through the channel of government of Pakistan, she underlined. Pakistan has sent proposed dates for talks on the Khokhrapar-Monabao train service. Pakistan has proposed 11-15 December for talks that would be held in New Delhi according to the schedule, Foreign Office spokesperson Tasnim Aslam told Geo. India has yet to confirm these dates.
Pakistan railway officials will leave for India to discuss opening of the Khokhrapar-Monabao rail service with Indian rail officials, she added.
