Robbers torch house after looting valuables

ISLAMABAD—In another incident, on 5th November, accused Javed, Pervez, Saghir, Aurang Zeb, Safir, Amjad, Bashir, Athar, Waheed, Changez, Muhammad Bashir Hussein, equipped with arms, entered Muhammad Riasat’s house and lifted away cash, jewellery, flour and cement, hence items worth Rs.70,000, by force. Not only this but the culprits also set the house ablaze after the theft. A case has been registered at PS Shahzad Town, respectively.

Two murdered

On the orders of accused Pervez, culprits; Maqsood and Saghir, equipped with 12-bore gun, fired at and thus killed Raja Naveed Akhtar’s brother Naukhaiz. A case has been registered at PS Bara Kaho, accordingly.
In another incident accused Muhammad Saghir, Muhammad Shabbir and Zafar, both equipped with sticks, beat Maqsood Ahmad’s brother Zahoor Ahmad to death. A case has been registered at PS Sihala, respectively.

Plot, car scam

Sheikh Muhammad had bought a plot worth Rs.7,50,000 from Ashraf Beg. However, even after receiving the payment, the accused is neither transferring the plot in former’s name, nor returning the cash. A case has been registered at PS Margalla, respectively.
In another incident, Zahid Iqbal got car IDL-2774 from Raja Firdous Khan through paying some sum while promising to pay the rest in instalments. However, the accused has now refused to return the car nor pay the remaining instalments. A case has been registered against the accused at PS Margalla as well.

Pipe thieves nabbed

Accused Babar Shehzad, Muhammad Tahir and two others, were taking away 14 pipes worth Rs.70,000 on Suzuki Pick-Up when were caught in the act. Two of the accused were arrested while the others managed to escape from the scene. PS Tarnol has registered a case against accused.

Drugs recovered

PS Tarnol, during routine patrol, recovered 120grams charas from some Asad Imran. A case has been registered accordingly.

Stolen vehicle recovered

Toyota Hiace MRC-1140, confiscated by the cops, from H-11, was when inspected in Islamabad Laboratory, it’s chassis number was found tampered. On further probe, the fact was revealed that the car had in fact been stolen from PS Defence, Karachi. A case has been registered at PS Sabzi Mandi respectively.

Illicit arms recovered

PS Sabzi Mandi, during routine patrol, stopped car SWC-5823 at PeerWadhai Morre on suspicion and when inspected, a 32-bore revolver was recovered from Muhammad Shamim. A case has been registered, accordingly.
In another incident, PS Sihala, during routine patrol around Sawan Camp, recovered a 30-bore pistol from some Awais Khan. A case has been registered.

Violation of section 144

At the wedding of Adil Pervez, S/O Col. Pervez, his brother Omer Pervez, along his peers, was firing in the air with their father’s consent, violating section 144. PS Secretariat has registered a case in this regard.

Bike lifted

On 9th November, some unknown thieves took away Muhammad Zaqwan’s Honda 125 motorbike ICT HP-130, 2004 model, red, worth Rs.60,000, from his home at G-10/1. PS Shalimar has registered a case against accused.

Road accident

Shahnaz Waseem went to F-11/3 market on car IDN-6565 and was parking her car in the lot when some Muhammad Akram on cab LY-3845, hit the vehicle, damaging it in the process. A case has been registered at PS Shalimar, respectively.

Valuables stolen

Accused Muhammad Saghir along 3 other unknown men, equipped with arms, entered Muhammad Arshad’s house where they insulted his aunt and subjected her to physical torture while lifting away Saghir’s mobile phone worth Rs.35,000. A case has been registered at PS Golra Sharif, respectively.
