Bhagyashree denies acting with Sallu

NEW DELHI—Bhagyashree who is returning to movies after a big gap has denied that she will be seen on the screen with Salman Khan in ‘Humko Dewana Kar Gaye’. She has said, “I know that such a report has been published in the media. However, it is totally baseless. Though I am there in a guest appearance, Salman Khan isn’t starring in the movie at all. She has stated this in a brief chat within New Delhi during the muharat of her Bhojpuri movie titled ‘Balidaan’.

Tell us about your forthcoming Bhojpuri movie ‘Balidan’?
This is a movie on a woman-oriented subject. Its director is Mohanji Prasad. I am in the lead role.
Why are Bollywood celebrities turning towards Bhojpuri films?
The Bhojpuri film industry has a larger audience. Indians are now residing around the whole globe. And there is a large population who understands Bhojpuri. That is why celebrities like Amitabh Bachchan are working in Bhojpuri films and business tycoon like Vijay Mallya is investing in this industry.
What is the difference between the Bhagyashree of ‘Maine Pyar Kiya’ and Bhagyashree of ‘Balidan’?
You tell me (laughs).Actually time has passed but I haven’t changed at all.
You have returned to the film industry after a long gap. What have you been doing during this period?
Yes, a long time has passed. During this time I was managing my own... and I also have been managing my own production house.
What is your future plan?
I never plan anything. I believe in God. It’s He who always plans for me.
