Another adoption for Angelina

NEW YORK—Angelina Jolie is still playing it coy when it comes to her apparent domestic bliss with Brad Pitt, even as nuptial nattering grows louder, but she’s more than happy to fess up about her desire to adopt a third child in the near future. “I’m planning on it,” the painfully skinny mom of Maddox, 4, and Zahara, 9 months, told People at the inaugural benefit for the Worldwide Orphans Foundation Monday in New York. “Most of the night I just thought about how quickly I want to adopt again. It’s a very special thing. There’s something about making a choice, waking up and travelling somewhere and finding your family.”
She was equally effusive about adding to her brood when questioned by “Entertainment Tonight,” enthusing, “Oh yeah, definitely and absolutely.” Jolie, 30, who attended the fete with doppelganger brother James Haven (best known as the guy she locked lips with moments after she won her Oscar), isn’t sure where her next child will come from, although she was reportedly once interested in adopting from Russia.
“There are so many wonderful places,” she marvelled to People. “There are many parts of Asia, Africa, South America, so sooner or later I’ll end up everywhere, I’m sure.” When and from where Jolie will bring home another baby is most likely a decision she’ll make with Pitt, who is still in Canada filming “The Assassination of Jesse James.” The family-craving actor accompanied Angie to Ethiopia when she picked up Zahara in July and is reportedly called “daddy” by Maddox, whom the actress adopted from Cambodia in 2002.
Jolie wistfully told the New York Post last year that she hoped one day she “might be fortunate to fall in love and get married and realize that, with the help of a partner,” she could adopt many more kids. “My dream is to have under one roof many different cultures and many different religions,” she told the New York Daily News in 2003. “I think that would make for amazing people.”
Maddox is apparently all for the idea of another sibling, with Jolie revealing to “ET” that the Mohawk-topped tyke can’t get enough of his new little sister: “If anything, I have to stop him from kissing her too much.”
