ESA’s relief goods, delegation arrives in Capital

ISLAMABAD—A Contingent arrived at Islamabad Airport on Wednesday headed by the leadership of Dr. Ahmed Thani AI-Dosari, Secretary General, Emirates Scouts Association, United Arab Emirates, with Mr. Saeed AI-Manal, Training Commissioner also accompanied by the Scout Leaders Khalil Rahma Ali, Ahmed Mohamed Al-Yamahi & Mohamed Saleh Amen. The delegation brought the Relief Goods including medicines, food and another requirements.
The delegation stayed just for 3 hours and delivered the aid material to Pakistan Boy Scouts Association at Islamabad Airport. During the their stay they were busy most of the time in un-loading and handing over process. Because of their short stay of three hours, they do not left Airport. The delegation was received by the Pakistan Boy Scouts Association’s senior officials at Airport under the advise of Mrs Zobaida Jalal, Chief Commissioner, Pakistan Boy Scouts Association. The Salient feature of this emergency arrival to hadn over the relief goods for the Earthquake affected area of NWFP ad Azad Kashmir, Pakistan is that Emirate Scout Association United Arab Emirates is the first Scout Association landed at Islamabad the Test of the National Scout Organization of different countries are expected to be arrived in near future as per their advanced information receiving by PBSA.
Likewise, Australia Boy Scouts Association and others delegation informed that the delegation of Emirate Scout Association is very much interest to let them know about the burning need and requirements regarding the effectees of Earthquake so that they may be in a position to bring whatsoever will save the lives and required for the rehabilitation and re-construction.
World Organization of Scout Movement consisting upon more than 200 countries and World Scout Bureau of Asia Pacific Region with the membership of 23 countries and other Scouting Regions of the World are offering to send the contributions medicines surgical equipment foodstuff tents and other relief goods. Mrs. Zobaida Jalal, Federal Minister for Social Welfare & Special Education/Chief Commissioner, Pakistan Boy Scouts Association despite her urgent official pre-occupations welcomed the delegation arrived Islamabad Airport through Mobile Phone, headed by Dr. Ahmed Thani AI-Dosari, Secretary General, Emirates Scouts Association, United Arab Emirates and thanked for the gesture of goodwill for humanitarian cause.
