Today is the Birthday of our dear friend from China Ms. Daphne Yu, a budding Chinese journalist. We, the team of professionals at The Daily Mail and members of Pak-China Media Forum, extend our hearties and warmest wishes to our dear friend Daphne. We wish her all the success and happiness in her life. A cake was also cut last night at 12 (Pakistan Standard Time) at The Daily Mail’s offices by all staff members to celebrate Ms. Daphne’s Birthday. Though Ms. Daphne is a personal friend of Chief Editor, yet all staffers feel of being tied strongly in a bond of friendship with her and other fellow journalists from China. We believe that by celebrating and sharing the joys and sorrows of our Chinese friends, particularly friends from Chinese media, we are introducing a healthy tradition which would ultimately bring both of us even closer in coming time.
