Interfaith prayer conference held

ISLAMABAD—Under auspices of Universal Interfaith Peace Mission a condolence prayer was held here in Behi centre on Wednesday for earthquake victims in whom all the representatives of the different sects participated.
Umar perkash, SK Presllar and his wife, Syed Waris Shah and Bishop delivered speeches to show their solidarity with the people of AJK who have lost their loved ones and property in tremor. On the occasion Qari Chishti who was main organizer of this conference said that more than one lokh people have been killed in this devastating. On such occasion we should prey for those who have lost heir lives and provide all assistance for the victim families he added.
He said it is the time to unite all the sects for human beings and so for we held this conference, which presided by all the sects of the world. We should be humble and spend all of our time to resolve their main problems that they are facing. Churches have decided to set up tent city and food for one month. Bahai Community has donated 20 loc dollars in president relief fund. Two thousand lehaf has been sent to the effected areas from Toba tak Singh he informed to reporter.
