ISLAMABAD—Pledging to carry out reconstruction and rehabilitation in the earthquake-afflicted areas on modern lines, President General Pervez Musharraf Tuesday appealed to the world to strengthen Pakistan’s hands in rebuilding millions of lives and destroyed infrastructure in NWFP and Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
