Adnan’s century helps AKU beat UBL

KARACHI—Adnan Jafari’s sparkling century helped Aga Khan University (AKU) Staff-A to mark a victory of 131 runs over United Bank Limited (UBL), in AKU, Colour Kit, Twenty-20 Ramazan Festival Cricket Tournament-2005, at AKU ground here on Sunday. AKU staff-A, batting first, scored a huge total of 235 runs over the loss of two wickets, in allotted 20 overs. Adnan Jafari produced 101 runs on just 54 balls with the help of eight sixes while Shahid Hussain scored 61 from AKU staff-A. Responding to AKU staff-A 235 runs, UBL squad all out at only 96 runs in 18 overs. Adnan Jafari of AKU staff-A received man of the match award.
