Special funds announced

ISLAMABAD—Chief Minister of NWFP Mr. Akram Durani held a conference here on the other day in Frontier House Islamabad and thanked the people of Pakistan, which helped the earthquake victims.
In his address to the journalists he stated that president of Pakistan announced the 1.5 billions in a meeting which was held here today. 1lakh for dead body and 25 thousand for injured.
He said that 2lakh houses has been disastrous and ruined badly but the meeting decided to build the new houses for ruinous and government will bear the entire house building expenses.
He stated that a specific amount of 8 billion has been declared by the president Musharraf for the reconstruction of Schools, Colleges, and Police stations and 12 Billion for Ac, DC houses, which has damaged in this catastrophe.
Punjab Chief Minister announced 5crore for the effectives he stated. Ten thousands have been killed and fifteen thousands injured. Prime Minister Shaukat Azia will visit the Peshawar on the next coming day he stated. He said that 2lakh houses has been disastrous and ruined badly but the meeting decided to build the new houses for ruinous and government will bear the entire house building expenses.
