PHF names 34 probable for camp

LAHORE—The training camp of national senior probable preparing for participation in the 27th Sahara Champions Trophy being held from December 10-18 at Chennai, India will commence at National Hockey Stadium Lahore from November 9.
“In all 34 players who have shown performance in various national level tournaments and in the super league will be attending”, said Brig (retd) Musarrat Ullah Khan, Secretary, Pakistan Hockey Federation here on Tuesday.
The following players will report to Muhamamd Saeed Khan, Manager and Camp Commandant:- (PIA): Nasir Ahmed. (NBP): Zeeshan Ashraf, Adnan Maqsood, Imran Warsi, Tariq Aziz, Adnan Zakir and Akhtar Ali. (ARMY): Dilawar Hussian, Muhammad Javaid and Muhammad Imran. (PTCL): Salman Akbar, Ghazanfar Ali, Sajjad Anwar, Muhammad Zubair, Waqas Vikki, Ishtiaq, Shakir, Iqbal and Shakeel Abbasi. (PAF): Kashif Yaqoob. (WAPDA): Rehan Butt, Mudassar Ali Khan, Waqas Sharif, Imran Khan Yousafzai and Muhammad Shabbir. (ABL): Muhammad Saqlain. (Customs): Ihsan Ullah, and Shafqat Rasool, Imran Shah. (STEEL MILLS): Raashad Imran. (RAILWAYS): Muhammad Attique. (KESC): M. Sami. (SUI SOUTHERN): Shabbir.
“The trials to select final line-up will be held on November 17 and 18”, he added.
