APMA warns to launch protest demonstration against accused of Christian girl
By Angelina Bashir

Islamabad—All Pakistan Minorities Alliance, (APMA) announced to launch protest if real culprits of 12 years old Christian girl, Sara Tabusum, are not arrested.
Government should arrest the culprits immediately and trial them in Anti terrorism court. These views were expressed by Chairman, All Pakistan Minorities Alliance Mr. Shahbaz Bhatti while talking to victim girl Sara Tabasum and her family.
Mr. Bhatti said, “This horrific, brutal and shameful act is continuously ignored by government authorities despite of the protests and demands from different organizations and victim family.
Even no government authority condemned the incident nor visited the victim family, which shows insincere and irresponsible behaviour of the government to tackle issues of women. As a result of this negligence, incidents of rape, kidnapping, torture, and gang rape are on rise and the victimized women are begging for justice and protection to save their dignity and honour.”
He said that the victim family is being threatened by the culprits to stop pursuing the case.
“Sara Tabasum is a victim daughter of our beloved motherland and we will stand with her and knock on every door to get justice. If the real perpetrators will not be arrested, minorities will launch protest”, He emphasised
Bhatti demanded the President and Prime Minister of Pakistan to officially condemn the incident, arrest culprits and the case be trial in Anti terrorist court.
He further demanded the government authorities to visit the victim family and share their grievances.
Mr. Bhatti assured complete solidarity and support to the victim family for the attainment of justice.
