ISLAMABAD—Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz on Sunday telephoned Turkish Prime Minister Tayyip Erdogan and thanked him for his personnel role and assistance in arranging a meeting between Foreign Ministers of Pakistan and Israeli. The Prime Minister expressed the hope the meeting would help promote Palestine cause, promote peace in the region and develop better interfaith harmony. Opposition gives strike call on 9th

ISLAMABAD—In their joint declaration, all apposition parties vowed to launch a decisive countrywide wheel-jam strike from September 9 (Friday) in protest against what they said Musharraf policies.
