Israel contact humiliation for Ummah, says Qazi

PESHAWAR—Muttahida Majlis-e-Amal (MMA) Qazi Hussain Ahmad said the meeting between Pakistani Foreign Minister Khurshid Mehmood Kasuri and his Israeli counter Silvan Shalom in Istanbul at the Shab-e-Mirage was humiliation and embarrassment for the entire Muslim Ummah.
He added that the Palestinians also condemned this meeting. Qazi further said that President Gen Pervez Musharraf did not take Pakistani nation and Palestinians into confidence before shaking hands with Israeli Foreign Minister.
Qazi Hussain Ahmad expressed these views while addressing annual certificate distribution ceremony at Jamia Ashrafia here on Saturday.
Speaking on this occasion, Qazi Hussain Ahmad also underlined the need of strong alliance to launch a massive revolution to get rid of present government and President Musharraf because their removal was not possible just by raising voice and chanting slogans.
He also said that alliance between MMA and its allied parties would not be let to be breached adding that effective measures would be taken to further strengthen this alliance by including more parties in it.
He also vowed to launch mass protest movement against the government at an appropriate time.
Commenting the on meeting between Pakistani Foreign Minister Khurshid Mehmood Kasuri and his Israeli counter part in Istanbul, Qazi Hussain Ahmad said the meeting between Khurshid Mehmood Kasuri and his Israeli counter part held in Istanbul at the Shab-e-Mirage was humiliation and embarrassment for the entire Muslim World.

Qazi Hussain also said that national conference is being held at the residence of MNA Mohammad Aslam and eminent figures including heads of political parties, retired judges, generals having national thought, journalists, intellectuals and scholars are invited by MMA to participate in this conference.
During the conference, meeting between Pakistani Foreign Minister Khurshid Mehmood Kasuri and his Israeli counter part in Istanbul would come under discussion besides announcing the line of action against government.—Online
