Giving Kashmiris right of self-determination best solution: Gilani
By Ali Imran

ISLAMABAD—Veteran Kashmiri Hurriyet leader in occupied Kashmir Syed Ali Gilani has reiterated that giving the Kashmiri people their right of self-determination is the best way for arriving at a peaceful and amicable solution of the Kashmir dispute.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Syed Ali Gilani in a media interview in Srinagar termed the dialogue process a futile exercise, as long as India continued to deny the disputed status of Jammu and Kashmir.
Reacting to the recent statement of the puppet Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah in Jammu, about change in the mindset of Hurriyet leadership, Syed Ali Gilani said that it was a gimmick to sideline the core issue.
He also ridiculed New Delhi's quiet diplomacy saying that India must come forward and accept that Kashmir was a dispute.
The Hurriyet leader added that he was still put under virtual cage with his house converted into a sub-jail.
